1. Papers should be based on the topics that are displayed in the poster

2. Only 7 minutes per paper for presentation + 02 minutes for question and answer.

3. More than 2 authors per paper are not allowed.

4. Paper length should not be more than 5-7 slides.

5. Participant must be present at the venue before 30 minutes of scheduled time.

6. All participants are advised to carry Convention Registration Receipt, College Id card and CSI ID (if applicable) and show it whenever it is asked for.

7. Certificate will be given to those participants only who will present the paper.

8. All the participants should abide to the rules and regulations. Decision of the judges will be final and all participants have to abide it.
